While I am making apologizes to a journalist for the Pink television, why I am not in position to be a guest in her show, I mention also that I am not an adequate speaker in the show with Mrs. Borka Vucic as another guest. So far, the Council has performed only a Report on the Joint – Stock Company National Savings Bank, which is not sufficient for the discussion (and perhaps not good either). I inquired why she did not summoned one of financial or banking experts. The refused to come, said the journalist. ‘’I have been postponing the show for the past three weeks hoping I will persuade one of them’’. ‘’Not even Mr. Dinkic ?’’ – I asked. ‘’Not even him, nor Mr. Labus, or Mr. Djelic… she replied.

One of the basic reasons we believed in the necessity of having experts on power was that they alone, could have rectified illegalities of the a/m lady, reveal secret accounts, return our money from Cyprus, Moscow, and eliminate other illegalities. 
And now, this lady with a bun, voodoo of our impoverishment, has something to say to the public, and they do not? Why, I was beyond my comprehension.

The meeting with Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, and the Council regarding our Report on the Joint-Stock Company National Savings Bank was very helpful. Mrs. Borka is innocent, and should be left alone to enjoy her retirement. Free to speak on television, if she wants. She was silent in due time, and now she should speak a little, and take it out on one of the members of the Council.

Conclusions from the a/m meeting are as follows: it was proved that everything had been in conformity with the law. Money in the Euroaxis Bank, the establishment, recapitalization, and the name, as well as the usage and sale of business premises and equipment, together with the payment of the ‘’old’’ foreign exchange savings. The proof: no illegalities were determined, nor was any proceeding initiated, meaning everything was all right. It represents a good business ( maybe for the state, considering whose interest speakers advocate for), Governor was supposed to be commended, if not rewarded, for the unusual procedure which took both courage and knowledge, especially speed. The Council was pushed into someone else’s political story, and due to the report on its web site, recapitalization was stopped, damage was done, and foreign partner, a strategic one, was sent away, although he was ready to give the money. The state will again own 13 %, instead 37%, as it was used too.

If this is true for the National Savings Bank, as it is true for the companies Sartid, Jugoremedija, Veterinarski zavod, , Mobtel, Airport, Knjaz Milos, and sugar smuggle it is true for Mrs. Borka Vucic too. Therefore she is clear too, nothing was proved, nor was anything initiated. That is a proof that judiciary is no longer corrupted or incompetent. Minister is never going to repeat that again, for when nothing was revealed, everything was in order, i.e. nothing happened.

The problem is, therefore, the Council, that is its ignorance.

That was taken as an extenuating circumstance at the a/m meeting. We were explained that Governor, immediately upon entering its office, increased foreign exchange reserves of the state with an insolvent bank, for everybody asked for it at that time, it was a favorable moment; to win the award of business premises oral consent of the Ministry of Finance was obtained ( Mr. Djelic was still a friend, and not an interconnected person), no one wanted the payment of the ‘’old’’ foreign exchange savings, although everybody was offered, there was no documentation, but it was clear, hush - hush, premises were not given free of charge, but for salaries of employed workers, the Government had a problem with business premises, but these are counters, no one needed them, for they have to remain counters forever, in contrary cultural inheritance would be lost, premises were sold at great cost, we, however, did not need any money, only actions in private banks, but not a major one, for this was not good ( again, I guess, for the state).

The greatest ignorant on the subject of economy was Minister’s professor of economics. Even Prime Minister confirmed this, desiring to help the juvenile assistant at the meeting. According to Prime Minister, our major stupidity was that we thought that a friend of family could be an interconnected person. And he explained the implementation of this instance as far as Equatorial Guinea. We were dumb on the subject of comparative law also. True amateurs, as the ex Prime Minister would say.

Thank god, I think on the way out, that the meeting was not in broader complement. If Mr. Labus were there, he would summon the public prosecutor to instruct us to rewrite the report performed under pressure. If capital Mr. Velja were there, he would have kicked the report and cursed.

If the meeting was held in the Assembly, Mr. Toma Nikolic could have told us all what bastards we were, in lack of quotes of his professor.
