There have been a lot of comments regarding proposed legislation, especially regarding adoption procedure which has not been completely followed. Moreover, some provisions are not in accordance either with European standards or the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.         
The discussion will take place at the Press Centre of the Government of the Republic of Serbia (Nemanjina 11, parterre), on December, 9, 2008, beginning at 14.00. The event is being organized in collaboration with Judges’ Association of Serbia.
